Hey mate,
Sorry I've not replied! I Asked Reolink what to get they suggested something a customer had told them and I got them ordered yesterday come today and it's just come I've just plugged the original Seagate drive in using it and it works a dream!
For anybody wondering this is what I got,
The Sata to Esata cable I bought is this cheap one: PC Arena Esata to Sata Cable 1 m Flat Lead RB-451
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes it does have a UK Power adapter but the US Version can be bought on amazon.com
The links from reolink to Amazon US: Warmstor SATA/PATA/IDE Hard Drive to USB 2.0 Adapter Converter Cable for 2.5" 3.5" Hard Disk HDD SSD with External AC Power Supply, Compatible with All Computer System PC Desktop Laptop
The Fact that particular one is not in stock on the US Store is nothing to worry about because you can quite easily find SATA to ESATA Cables.
Picture will show it works perfectly fine 😁
I Don't know if it's nessesary but I did power down the NVR to do it though it only took all of 2 minutes to do highly reccomended!

I Hope this will help others who had my problem! Maybe adding it as a main post would be a good idea for new/other users who might not know like myself.
