You're basically SOL on drop on replacements if you're wanting USB. For those, you need to widen the hole somehow to accommodate a pass through connector.
You might be able to get way with one of these pass through adaptors, but I suspect it will still be too small. That and the other end is still usb C so you need some way to connect that to your PCB.
You might be able to put a gx12-5p connection on there, but that would require a connected and wire to solder it to the control board and a cable to get from the controller to your pc/console.
