I'm from the USA and recently bought the Flexispot EF1L, which I assume uses the same or similar frame, for around $200:

I've got two 34'' ultrawide monitors on a freestanding pole mount on the main part and a 43'' 30LB monitor clamped to the back right with a gas spring arm. No issues so far and have been very happy with what I paid. It is smooth going up and down and not shaky. My PC tower sits on the floor on wheels rather than on the desk or mounted underneath it.

As far as cable management accessories if you get one of the ones that mounts to a support bar under the desk be aware that this model of mount needs a guard for a pole that connects to the other leg to raise it up and down. So I had to get the kind of trays that clamp to the back of the desk. For how I positioned stuff on my desk and with how much I wanted to move my PC tower when the desk is raised all the way up I needed most of my cables to be 10-15ft long. I didn't need extra power cables since I have a surge protector in the cable tray, but anything connecting to the tower had to be longer.

After using this model for a while I want a bigger desk because i want a longer L to rest my arm on and one that supports more weight so I don't have to worry so much about what I put on my desk or mount on the underside.

If you're not using a bunch of heavy monitors or having a bunch of stuff on or mounted under the desk then this frame should be more than good enough.
