You could get something like this (weight limit of 100 lbs) but you will want to make sure you get the pulleys into something solid! I have two of these for my normal bikes, they're a bit of a pain to use but will solve your problem. (the pulleys don't raise / lower at the same rate all the time and the hooks don't always get a good grip on the seat for my roadie)
