Yep that's exactly what I did. Hey if they cover it and send an extra why not? I went with this servo but you'll need a new servo horn. I'll drop a link hete to both.

I've got a servo set up on my Pi at the moment that is able to push a physical button. Pretty easy setup, add a python script to activate the servo and return to home then call the script in the gpio menu.

Servo: [this one's an overkill but it's what I have] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S9XZYN2/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_5MSPST9XV4PFND1SHSTS

The Savox 1231 SG servo would be a good servo to use for your current setup with those wheels. plus it comes with a glitch buster in case if you need it.

Here is a [Here is 35kg servo on Amazon that would be an improvement over you current servo.](www.amazon.com/dp/B07S9XZYN2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2E8Y633XZBTC4SDCPR41?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) It is cheaper than the Savox servo but not as robust but should work fine if you mainly just drive around.

If you do a lot of jumps / tricks I would upgrade the servo saver as well.

Sorry 😝

Check your throttle trim dial on your transmitter make sure it's at center.

If so, next grab your manual and follow the directions for resetting your travel rates for your throttle trigger. Takes no tools and can be done in 2 minutes.

Lastly if that doesn't do it, open your receiver box and look for dislodged leads and follow the wires looking for anything pinched or shorted.

If nothing, try disconnecting your steering servo and see if throttle returns, if so then your servo is on its way out. Amazon has a fantastic one for $30. I use them in everything that's not a dedicated racer. Haven't killed one yet.
