I have a Legion 5 15ACH6H with a Ryzen 5600H. it charges fine with the Amazon basics 100W 4 port charger. Pulls 100W just fine... tested with a usb c power meter/ multimeter https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Four-Port-Charger-USB-C-Ports/dp/B087MDYP24
Same charger , but but branded differently
Edit: when anything other than the laptop is plugged in, the main type C power maxes out at 65-68W. Also tested and verified to be working properly with a 2nd device plugged into the 2nd type c port.
The PINE64 wiki has a page on Pinecil power supplies that both tells you what you need to look for and has suggestions for some specific power supplies.
The PinePower (non-desktop) will work and is hard to beat for price. (Caveat: I haven't used it myself, but other people definitely seem to like it. I usually use mine with a Nekteck 100W charger (no longer available, apparently) or an Amazon Basics 100W charger. The 100W chargers are overkill for this, but I already had them onhand for powering my laptop.)
Am I just WOLS in discovering that AmazonBasics already have a line of USB-C PD chargers? https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Four-Port-Charger-USB-C-Ports/dp/B087MDYP24/
