There are a lot of media keyboards like this that would be a good option:

I have had t95q android boxes for over 3 years streaming flawlessly. Have 64gb storage. I've had as many as 20 kodi builds on them using kodi forks. Just make sure you get a mini keyboard and mouse from Amazon as the remote that comes with it is slow and cumbersome. https://www.amazon.com/EASYTONE-Wireless-Keyboard-Touchpad-Multimedia/dp/B01E3B81HU/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?crid=2K8IMMD0XOIF7&keywords=mini+keyboard+and+mouse&qid=1663180864&sprefix=mini+keyboard+and+mouse+%2Caps%2C133&sr=8-9
The mouse is made really well and responds perfectly. The keyboard is good too and made well, but it kinda feels out of place and is nothing special. I have a mini wireless that I use with this that is perfect.

I just don't see the need for a full size keyboard. But otherwise the interrupt, reset, power, volume and handle all function as they would on a real x68000. Oh and there is an internal speaker too! All really nice touches for this device. :)
