Will 2 240v 30a running to 2 L6-30P receptacles be OK?

It will be more then enough to run a single S19j Pro.

Each 30 amp 240v will allow for

30 x 240 = 7200 watts x 80% rule = 5,760 watts max

what size wire needs to be used for the run?

For 30 amp you will need 10/3 gauge.

do I need it setup with a specific phase type?

No, single phase is fine.

Can I use 2 of these tripp lite pdus and to plug the s19j pro into? https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Outlets-Rack-Mount-PDU1230/dp/B0007YG85A/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=tripp+lite+30a&qid=1627699378&s=electronics&sr=1-1

Yes you can, but you need twist lock connectors.

Can I use these 15amp cables to plug the antminer into the pdus? https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Computer-IEC-320-C13-P007-003/dp/B00JT0DG94

Absolutely Not. That is a 120v cable.

You want to use c13 to c14 cable if you are using those pdus.

I also plan on plugging some eth rigs along with btc miner into pdus for a total of around 6,000w. Will this be OK or do I need 3 l6-30P receptacles installed?

With 2 x 30 amp 240v receptacles, you will have 5760 x 2 = 11,520 watts available.

You will probably need additional c13 to c14 cables for the gpu miner psu. Just double check the label that it can support both 120/240v (All of the equipment I have for the most part can do both, even your monitors can if you look closely-also c13 to c14).

Your electrician should also check the loads on each bus bar to ensure that the loads are balances since you will be drawing a high continuous current.

Yea I'm now looking more at this one

Tripp Lite Metered PDU, 30A, 18 Outlets (16 C13 & 2 C19), 208/240V, L6-30P, 12 ft. Cord, 2U Rack-Mount Power, TAA (PDUMH30HV) Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0053YIUPK/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_DAWXG1E54AKB45ZAJCZM

Or this one

Tripp Lite Basic PDU, 30A, 20 Outlets (16 C13 & 4 C19), 200/208/240V, L6-30P Input, 15' Cord, 1U Rack-Mount Power, 5 Year Warranty (PDU1230) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0007YG85A/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_8215Q0RBBA3Z6EQ98T2S?psc=1

There may be cheaper ones but I prefer it sooner than later and I like the idea of it being metered.
