I would say no to both of these wheels. If you run 23mm or wider tires on them, you'll probably get a "lightbulb" profile which pretty much negates aero benefits. Personally I don't think they are substantially faster than a low profile aluminum rim with 25mm GP5K tires.

If you like the flashpoints' aluminum brake track, look for HED jet wheels newer than the C2 generation. (You'll see these sometimes labeled as + or "plus"). These have an 25mm external rim width optimized around a 23/25mm tire. Or, instead of the superteam wheels, consider elitewheels's low-cost offerings.
