For number 2. Our pup was doing similar, but we don't use a slow feeder, just ordinary round bowls. Husband built a stand much like this to take the bowls we have and no more mess.
We also suffered from number 1. Our problem wasn't real biting but sharp edges and a mouthy pup, his nails cause a similar problem though they are kept short. Bigger energetic pups have a long reach.
I tried several things but avoidance, along with oowww, and/or ouch! and (more probably) the pup getting older has helped. When it would get bad I would tell pup 'off you go' and stop games, stop interacting. But while that helped with pup learning to amuse itself without me I don't consider it helped much with the biting, though was a reprieve. Sometimes, if my reflex to draw the hand away wasn't too fast, I would leave my hand in pup's mouth and say no or oww, and I think this had some effect, but it took nerves I didn't always have. I tried with a glove but he thought that was even more fun. Pups ♥ There are some good bite inhibition videos, maybe see if any look useful, try them. I didn't find redirection any use, often the pup would have bit me before he even noticed the alternate option 🤣 Naps help, overtired or overexcited pup does do more of this behaviour, is pup getting enough sleep?
