First I would probably get a different case.

But if you're sticking with that one, I would go with the shorter dividers, foam on top of that and lid organizer. Cords and cables don't need to go 'everywhere'. I have lots of little pouches that I use to organize things; old lens pouch now holds cables, tabletop tripod pouch now holds Smallrig odds and ends, small case for batteries, other case for more cables, an old drone case now holds timecode gear, etc.

I'm starting to get cases/pouches other than black ones. I can't keep telling an assistant, 'no, the other black case'. Gaff tape doesn't stick to nylon very well and I don't want to spray paint a label in case I re-organize. Color seems to be the way to go.
