This strap was awesome for me. It's a yoga stretching strap. It'll help with PT exercises later on. For now though, while I still can't raise my leg on my own, I put it around my ankle to help maneuver off the couch or bed.

Also if you're not the type to want to go to a gym a ton, I bought a cheap incumbent exercise bike on Amazon. Once you're cleared to go on the bike, you can pedal on it while watching TV etc.

This is the one I got, and it works really well for me! Same price range, but a better position.
I bought a $200 (on sale for $155) recumbent bike off Amazon. It's nothing fancy, but I love it. I don't really like cardio, but this has made it east to do my 20-30 minutes of moderate cardio every day. I really wish I'd bought it earlier in the pandemic--worth every penny.
I can't say for certain that it would be great for someone who's more intense about their cardio than I am, but the reviews suggest people who are more athletic also liked it.
Here's the specific bike I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002KV1MJU?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
