For extracts I use my jewelry scale since it can go down to milligrams but in the past I used one (that I can't find currently on Amazon) that goes down to .01g. .001g here that I recently picked up and am loving so far. .01g here that looks to have solid reviews.

So, how can you add a dessicant pack to the mylar bag, with chemicals in it, and have it not be in direct contact o.0

Also, how do you heat seal these bags? Is that the same as vacuum sealing it? How is a dessicant pack even necessary when there is no air therefore no humidity after vacuum sealing it? Can you even vacuum seal those black mylar bags? Lot of things aren't making sense, but I needed this post!

Are you saying that the scale only measures accurately in 10mg increments? So it can weigh out 10mg, 20mg, etc. But not 8mg, 12mg, 11mg, 21 mg? I've seen scales be awkward on their most precise decimal, the 1mg in this case. But just because 10mg is already on that scale, does that mean that each extra mg you slowly pour on will actually be weighed? What are the ins and outs of this, precisely?
