Hi. Excited to let you guys know I believe I have found the solution. It is not perfect but very close. Initially, I was looking for a magsafe ring that is wide enough to have adhesive strength to withstand my phone grip upon removal. However, a wide magsafe ring was still not strong enough. I came across "wireless charging metal plate" on Amazon. The link is below. This thing is attached directly on my naked phone. I still have wireless charging capabilities, strong enough for my phone grip and also work with magsafe charging as well. I still can put my Spigen thin fit case over it without losing any features of wireless charging or phone grip. If you decide to do this, make sure to not use it for 24 hrs after install. Here are a few other notes to keep in mind:

1. Use a template to know exactly where to place the plate. I used the ESR ring template I had lying around.
2. I used my case to press the plate for 24 hrs. after install

5. The only downside I see that is not a big deal is that it covers the beauty of your phone. How I see it, a case hides the beauty of the phone as well. Using the phone without a case is so satisfying. You can really feel the curvature and the lighter feel of the phone.
