My first bag was in 2016 and it was this Paul Frank duffel purse, which I ended up donating a while back: https://www.amazon.com/Loungefly-Frank-Skurvy-Skull-Handbag/dp/B009K2603A/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_pb_opt?ie=UTF8
I had just graduated high school and have been in college full-time since then, so I don't have a ton of extra money, but I am a very smart shopper. I have 15 Loungeflys. Two of them I bought from the Loungefly site's clearance sale for $25, three are Hot Topic exclusives that were less than half price with rewards/hot cash, one was a bday present, one is a wristlet that I got on sale suuuuper cheap, and four were bought with Boxlunch rewards/coupons/Lunch money. The rest were regular full price buys. I mostly have Disney bags but I try to have a wide variety of characters/licenses, the bday present was the Barnes and Noble Sesame Street bag and it's one of my favorite bday gifts ever!
I have an online shopping addiction (partially fuelled by the fact that I'm so great about finding sales and coupons, lol) that I've worked really hard to get under control, so I try to limit the amount of bags I buy. I've realized recently that this makes me enjoy collecting more than if I was able to buy tons of bags, though. Five of my bags were bought within a two month timeframe and I was so guilty over using my credit cards to buy bags I don't really need that I would turn off my camera and mic on Zoom, run downstairs in the middle of class or work to get the package asap and hide the fact that I had a new bag from my family (who literally don't care what I spend my own money on and are extremely non-judgemental, my own anxiety was making me do this). New Loungefly Day is so much more exciting now! I bought the DuckTales BoxLunch exclusive a few weeks ago when they had their 30% off sale and when it came in the mail today, I realized I hadn't felt this amped for a package to be delivered for ages.
