Got it Wall <- Grangier voltage converter <- UK power strip <- US to UK Adapter <- Dimmer <- UK to US Adapter <- Lamp.
Been working well so far, you don't see a problem adding two adapters between the US plugged dimmer right?

Almost all modern electronics (especially chargers) have been dual voltage for a decade, which is why they give a range like 100-240V. You don’t need a device to convert the voltage because the dual voltage device is designed to function normally on multiple continents.
When I travel, I plug my Apple iPhone charger into a $3 plug adapter and that’s it. UK and Ireland use the Type G plug. Here’s an example. https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Travel-Adapter-Type-Plug/dp/B072K3Y9KH/ref=mp_s_a_1_7_sspa?crid=KQ8MY1F4HIXQ&keywords=type+g+travel+adapter&qid=1684034864&sprefix=type%2Caps%2C111&sr=8-7-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyVk9LRUMzRU5MSDc5JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMjAwMDk5MU5TNEhPWFo0MzRDNyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNjcyNzA1M0tVMzQ3MEhRU1ZWUyZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX3Bob25lX3NlYXJjaF9tdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
