Adafruit has a selection of different types of USB breakout boards and breakout cables. https://www.adafruit.com/product/1833

You could combine an Adafruit breakout board or cable with the wall charger you linked to. It won't be as compact as a single module but it will still allow you to breakout the power and ground from a USB charger.

Unfortunately, there aren't any screw terminal boards like you asked for. However, the Type A breakout cable can be considered solder-less if using breadboard wires. https://www.adafruit.com/product/4448

I found a USB type B breakout cable to screw terminal here: https://www.amazon.com/Solderless-Extention-Terminals-Pluggable-Connector/dp/B08F56MW6S/ You can use the USB charger module, Type A Male to Type B female cable, and then that thing if you absolutely must have screw terminals but it's certainly not going to be compact.

The product you specifically want doesn't exist because there would be a lot of liability and people complaining if they zap their electronics from improper hookup. There are also regulations against having an open face module that plugs directly into a wall outlet in most countries. Screw terminals might be a loophole idea for that but it's far more hassle than it's worth for any manufacturer to think that's a good idea even for electronic hobbyists.

The solutions I've posted above should be adequate for most hobbyists needs.
