The short answer is "yes", and often quite a few.
The primary issue is that most USB Bluetooth modules barely function properly with one connection.
Depending on your desktop system, as we would explain to any of our clients, you should invest in an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 based Wi-Fi card with Bluetooth version 5.2. All it requires is a single open PCI-E x1 slot, and ALL of your wireless communications issues should be solved.
The most purchased card by our clients is this ZYT-AX200
ZYT-AX200 AX 5400Mbps 6E PCIe WiFi Card, Bluetooth 5.2
There are USB options that carry the bandwidth, maybe Bluetooth 4.0, to handle what you're doing, but they're not much less expensive than tracking down a similar card to this and doing it right.
