Good start, looks like you've got a little LOS experience.
Let's hit it from the top:
Power supply: 12v, 6a, $8 - amazon (double check this)
LEDs: are fun, and after watching a flyaway I won't fly a quad LOS unless I have an LED on the back (usually red) to be able to pull it back from far away. LEDs are cheap from HobbyKing, expensive and almost non-existant on amazon.
Personally if I were you, I'd get a $6 Diatone integrated PDB from banggood and use it rather than the generic external one that comes in that kit. It's made for the ZMR frame (replaces a bottom plate) and comes with a few LED bars. Otherwise, just get a 12v red strip for $2 from HK.
Props: Different strokes for different folks. Lots of people like the DAL, some don't. I usually just get the cheap Gemfan 5030 or 6045,depending on how aggressive I want to fly. I'd start by getting lots of 5030 (comes with the kit). Get started and in the air, then work on finding your favorite props.
Xiaomi: nothing extra required. Just zip tie that sucker. Lots of people use some cut foam packaging to give an angle.
Other kit: nah both of those PDBs are shit anyway. Look at the Diatone or other integrated PDB for the ZMR.
Missing?: Zip ties, Heat-shrink, more props.

Excellent questions!
We've never had anybody ask this about an AIO, it is usually a mini PC.
Because of the motherboard chipset and 6th gen processor, using multiple USB connections (some belong to the chipset, while it belongs directly to the CPU) never w6ork out favorably. Part of the issue is the nature of HDDs being redundantly s-l-o-w (the read/write speed of an HDD, depending on RPM, is approximately 60/20MB/s)
Most of our clients invest in a new or used RAID enclosure, once they choose the number of drives they plan on using
This simplifies sustainability, and even in RAID 0 the speeds are nowhere close to maxing out USB 3.0.
Some clients build out their own version

It's not our team's favorite configuration, but apparently it gets the job done.
Chanzon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073QTNF9F) is the one that I used. I just ordered the Kastar (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TUMDWG/) - it should arrive tomorrow. I'll try that and report back!
