If you want a solid system with mobile viewing, I would recommend Dahua. They sell 8 channel NVRs, all with remote viewing capabilities. Maintaining a system with both analog and IP systems requires a hybrid DVR, something which Hikvision manufactures. There should be smartphone support.

Now, if you want to go a bit more expensive, Speco technologies manufactures an 8 channel hybrid DVR, which I would highly recommend you check out.
