I paint on the cream, then Plastic wrap it to prevent drying. I hang the UV lights from the basement ceiling and adjust them so they come in from two sides. Every hour I take a dry paint brush and move it over the plastic wrap so the cream moves around and the plastic wrap moves a bit also. That prevents streaking.

The small space heater is to heat things up as that is an important component also.
