I did some research a few months ago. I basically found that if you want to clip in, the lowest you can go is the Sole (with the clip less shoes). After assembling the bike, I would not recommend expecting to be able to change out the pedals on any Sole bike. They are rather attached to the crank shaft. This might be true of all bikes.
There are more expensive bikes out there that had the clipless option as well as the toe-straps. The Sole seemed to fit the quality/cost hotspot to me. There were toe strap options at lower price points but I didn't go all out looking at them
The LeTour had bad reviews. I was intrigued the the Pelaton (with subscription and videos) but it was way too expensive for me. The Spinner bikes looked good, but had fewer features at the 1000 price point (and higher). The Sole bike I bought was 900 with some deal going on at Dicks. I will say that the magnet is set to more difficult than your easiest gym spin bike level.
Overall you want to look at...
Price (obvs)
Pedal (shoe straps, clip in?)
Resistance system (magnetic vs. friction)
Spin style or recumbent
Adjustments: ideally you want four adjustment points. Seat up/down. Seat forward/back. Handlebars up/down. Handlebars forward/back. The can be adjusted independently of each other.
Height range: I was actually below the minimum recommended height range. So be careful with that.
This is either the bike I bought or one very very similar https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00525Y2OS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476338916&sr=8-1&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=sole+spin+bike&dpPl=1&dpID=41JRHdk6UrL&ref=plSrch
