The Luxe Neo 185 is perfect. It has the feminine wash and the backside wash. It's currently $40 on Amazon. Be sure to get the T-Adapter to help with the water pressure settings. Also, I would grab some Toilet Seat Bumpers to help keep your toilet seat level after you install the Luxe.
I've got an inexpensive one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00P2XZDGG?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_586JXA6G8YVDG2FF3ZZM and paid around $40 for it. By far, the best $40 I've ever spent! Agree with the writer who said to go with fittings that are metal.
I'll mention that another great investment in my properties has been a bidet adapter. Cuts down on TP and guests always compliment what a luxury it is to have. Something we've gotten all our family, friends, and guests totally hooked on! I've just had to put a sign up that says "Before you bidet, please sit before you spray." Lol Otherwise my walls get sprayed.
I should be getting some kind of sales commission from amazon for all the stuff we recommend. Just great investments. Dear Amazon, If you see this, you can submit my commission checks now...haha
We recently installed the Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Elite Series ($43) and I prefer it over my hugely expensive BioBidet DIB.
The standard round seat that was on the toilet when we bought the house was angled after it was installed, but the seat bumpers arrived the next day and now it sits level and we have no problems.
As far as operation, I really like it a lot. I chose this model because the DIB sprayer is REALLY far back. I have to use the feminine just to wash the backside. The "normal" backside was hits in the crack of the butt and is useless. The Luxe hits right where it's supposed to. Now, there are two washes: feminine and "normal." Because of the design the two jets are side by side which results in the sprayer being the tiniest bit off center. So one wash will spray your parts a bit to the right and the other one will spray a bit to the left. It's only the tiniest bit, but since you mentioned angles, I thought I would let you know.
We have REALLY high water pressure where we live so we purchased a Luxe Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve to reduce the water pressure. That allows us to move the dial about 1/8" for adjustment instead of about 1/32"
The feminine sprayer does go forward all the way and hits ever feminine spot there is. If one doesn't close their legs, a stream of water will shoot out and hit the wall across the room. :/
We have no leaks, the seat no longer sits at an angle and I love it!
Please feel free to ask any specific questions if I missed anything.
They have ones geared towards women so you can wash really both front and back. I just got this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00P2XZDGG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It’s great too when you have your period.
This is the Luxe one I got.. I have nothing to compare it to but it works fine for me. Cold water only.

I know virtually nothing about plumbing and got through it pretty easily.
The instructions with it I thought were super easy to follow.
I did knock the float against the tank wall so that stumped me at first when it wouldn’t stop running upon filling the tank back up. Happened while tightening the hose connection. But that was just a simple repositioning fix.
