It was THE listing for Pokemon Snap though, not some sketch duplicate listing. I found out Google cache has a copy available from this morning before the takedown, check it out.
470 reviews, on Amazon since 2007, and only used copies available.
But you're right it could have been a part of some batch action and they marked the wrong listing.
Most N64 games on Amazon have zero "new" copies available for sale. Like Super Smash Bros for example, all used at it should be: https://smile.amazon.com/Super-Smash-Bros-nintendo-64/dp/B00000J2W7
EDIT: And here's proof that the Amazon listing that's now offline had zero "new" copies available, it's a Google Cache link from this morning: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:kiURtnpLcrYJ:https://www.amazon.com/Pokemon-Snap-nintendo-64/dp/B000031KJM&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
