Interesting. Anywho, if you're not willing to make your own tallow, I'd personally be checking out this behemoth of grass-fed tallow.

My only concern would be whether or not BPA and other endocrine-disruptors from plastic would leach into the fat. I know BPA is water soluble, but IDK if can dissolve it oil or not.

EDIT: Apparently one study found BPA in olive oil, so before buying that big plastic vat of tallow, I'd be interested in seeing if the seller had any information on the BPA content of their product.
