I notice there's a 2TB drive here for $84...
Seems like a good deal? Is there a catch?

I can't find any cheaper + good white monitor, so this is it.
Looks OK, but what I am wondering, is why use a slow hard drive? You can get another NVME that holds 2Tb for not a lot more: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CDM2HSS
$1413 w/o monitor.
