OK so the problem with couplers is that there is a maximum length for ethernet cable and that assumes you use solid core cable running in a straight line. everytime you bend the cable or pass it through a coupler you reduce the overall max length.
if it were a shorter run i would advise you to buy two of those wall plates and put a short cable in between them, but instead I will advise you to buy two of these and then hardwire a short bit of cable between them:
