I checked your pullup bar and I think 73cm is way too short. Leave some space so you can practice archer pullups and wide grip pullups in the future. Also fix it properly, you don't want it moving at all while you're hanging from it. I would add an adjustable bench to use for pretty much fucking everything, specially with dumbbells.
I like to have a waist-height bar to do australian pullups (you can do them with the rings but it's harder to mantain proper form at first) and straight bar dips, stretches and shit.
For parallel bars, I like them waist-height for dips and ab training, anything lower forces you into uncomfortable positions. I complement them with these:
I would add something for abs as well, even though I do most of my ab workout on the ground or hanging from the bar, I also use an ab roller and would LOVE one of this:
