You will need to upgrade the PSU unfortunately, you need at least a decent, and since most are $99, either go for the Corsair RM750e, or check the Thermaltake GF1 850W for $109, both high-end PSUs
For the SSD also take a look at the Samsung 980 PRO for $5 more, you have a compatible CPU and motherboard with PCIe 4.0, and the 980 is a bit faster than the 970.
For the GPU i would go with a dual fan, it's more than enough to cool 200W, and it won't sag as much. Also the ASUS DUAL OC and MSI OC 2x and 3x models, have a higher factory clock, the Windforce is only 15MHz higher, that's basically the reference 4070 clock.
If you want to save some money i would suggest you take a look at $40 Thermalright for Air Coolers, same performance, much cheaper.
