HGST drives tend to be the most reliable. At 4TB I'd consider these. As you're looking at RAID-0 a drive going down is a lot of lost productivity in re-establishing the RAID and redownloading the media. Reliability is a huge concern for your application as you're relying on your backup. (Also make sure you test your backups regularly lest you get burnt.)

Worth noting: the drives you're looking at are 5400RPM, which I wouldn't do.
