I actually broke down and bought this one. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0074CDG6C/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza
I saw a heck of a deal on it. My Aroma inner bowl started to loose its coating.

You can't go wrong with a quality Japanese rice cooker. Wife is Asian and we make rice several times per week.
This one is slightly cheaper, but still good quality.
https://www.amazon.com/Zojirushi-NS-TSC10-Uncooked-Cooker-1-0-Liter/dp/B0074CDG6C/ref=sr_1_6?crid=2IDYSO1K8BK This one is great, but it's a bit expensive. Any cheap one will do the work perfectly if you don't want to splurdge. I don't think there's a bad choice.
Zojirushi NS-TSC10 : A bit expensive but so worth it.
This one looks to be the exact model I have. There are larger (more expensive) ones as well, but I've found this one to be quite sufficient for the price point. It makes five cups (measured uncooked) rice at a time, which is PLENTY for my household.
To speak to how legit this rice cooker is, a week after I bought it I noticed it being used in an anime, one about being a savy house husband nonetheless.
