This is somewhat similar to what you linked but is basically in a box form. I like it because the chopsticks go right in the box. I have it and enjoy it.

This one from BentoHeaven looks good and has a place for (and appears to come with) chopsticks, a fork, and a spoon. I don't have this one so I can't speak to it's efficacy.

I do have this one and it has a place for the chopsticks directly under the lid. It is small so it may be closer to what you're looking for but the chopsticks are shorter so they take a little getting used to.

You may also want to look into a set of travel chopsticks or travel cutlery so you could use any bento and just carry the utensils in your pocket/purse/whatever.
