I agree those are overkill since Starlink tops out around 250 mbps, there is no reason to get a link with 1,000 mbps link speed. I am using an older mikrotik SXTSQ-5 to bridge to an outbuilding about 1000 feet away with no issue using streaming services over Starlink, though I am limited to about 100 mbps from the outbuilding. There is now a SXTSQ-5 AC which supports 1 gigabit ethernet and wifi up to 867 mbps, which is still way above Starlinks max transfer rate see https://www.amazon.com/MikroTik-Integrated-Backbone-Ethernet-RBSXTsqG-5acD-US/dp/B078GZWHRS/ (currently $67 each)
