I would definitely tear the hotel room apart and see if you can't find one of the buggers. Try to get moved to a different room, make as much of a stink as you can.

Is there any laundry in the hotel room? Or any laundromats nearby? Before you switch rooms, and/or before you go home, run all your clothes through the dryer for an hour on high heat. Don't run them through the wash, just the dryer. Transfer all the clothes into new plastic bags without any holes, and seal the bags tight. I would personally get rid of the suitcase.

Did you drive? If you have any electronics or anything else that can't be tossed in a dryer, leave it all in your car. Pick up a pack of these. Note that I do not otherwise recommend using these for any other purpose. Get all of your shit in your car, make sure the windows are rolled up, and set all of the foggers off in your car. Let it sit for at least 4 hours, then roll the windows down and air it out.

Before you first go back in to your house/apartment, strip naked. If you can bag up those clothes, do so, otherwise you can just throw them out. Same with whatever shoes you're wearing. If you don't throw this stuff out, make sure you also run it through a dryer.
