If you want to use automated car washes, you can look for the touchless ones where it uses high pressure water. I started using ONR for home washes about 9 months ago and haven't gone elsewhere to get my Tesla washed again. This came highly recommended from the sub.

Try ONR. I watched this guy on Youtube explaining how to properly wash your Tesla. The video has helped me a lot, and now I just wait for Saturday just to have fun cleaning Eevee

I am a fan of Optimum no rinse wash and use their tire shine and spray wax.
