A correctly sized condom should be snug head to base with the reservoir loose to make room for ejaculation. A properly sized condom will not leave room for semen to leave the reservoir. To this point once you’ve ejaculated immediately remove yourself. If you don’t your penis will begin to lose blood and the snug seal will be lost, this raises the risk of semen leaking out.
