The power bank you linked only charges at 10W, almost any charger these days will charge it at its full speed, including the ones in your last link.
Note that power bank only has USB-A ports you can use to charge your own devices. The USB-C is for input only, not output.
The very first power bank result I saw when searching 20000mah power bank is better than that one (though didn't check how size compares) - https://www.amazon.com/20000mAh-VRURC-Charging-Portable-Compatible/dp/B09FK2VWKW/ref=sr_1_6?crid=34QHP63R8DPH6&keywords=20000mah%2Bpower%2Bbank%2Busb%2Bc&qid=1687926728&sprefix=20000mah%2Bpower%2Bbank%2Busb%2Bc%2Caps%2C115&sr=8-6&th=1
