If I was bugging out and concerned about the weight of my loadout, I might consider one of these. I actually have one in 270 Win that was given to me and I have tried it. It is a helluva lot of work. It is also a low volume proposition, as each round will take a lot of time.

If money is a serious consideration, spend a little extra and get the Lee Precision 90180 Breech Lock, Hand Press Kit. But, if you want to do it right, get a real, bench-mounted press and don;t look back. At the very minimum (and I do mean minimum) the Lee Reloading Press Md: 90045 plus a set of dies and a hand priming tool. For 9mm, you don't need a caliper, and with a real press, you don't need the hammer. If you buy a Lee die set, a shell holder comes with it.

In order to actually save money in today's environment, you have to buy components in volume. 9mm is one of the cheapest factory centerfire rounds out there, so spend a little time evaluating what your goals are.
