Thanks! Yea I started looking at vescs but it's a bit confusing to me how you would hook it up and I couldn't find wiring diagrams. Couldn't you just run both motors from the same wire output on the vesc? I would love to get started with a vesc upgrade but I am lost as to what to actually get.
Like this one for instance, why are there 3 black wire outputs? Could you run a brushless and a brushed motor off it or just brushless? Can I wire the hall effect pedal straight to the red/black/white input?
Second issue I'm having revolves around dual 12v 9ah batteries which output 23volts (I've tested it) but my current controller (The Weelye Rx30) appears to use it like 12volts. When I put a single 20v 2.5ah drill battery in then the car performs like I would expect 20v to perform. I'm confused what the difference is.
