A few weeks ago when I posted about resistor storage and what has the fastest access and smallest footprint, it blew me away only one redditor gave me this idea: test tubes. It's so genius. I can grab any value resistor in about 1 second, with one hand, and put it back by practically throwing it in the empty slot. Got these on Amazon. They each hold 60. You can buy these caps as well, 100 for like $5, much easier to label with the flat top. Thanks whoever that was that gave me this idea! It's amazing!
(Edit: the only possible downside is if you needed to store 100+ of each resistor, and the initial set up time of snipping each resistor pack into each tube. Other than that, 👌).
