Pretty sure it's using a C like MrAndcrank said. A lot of distortion on it and it's a lot of chords so it's hard to pick out the bends that give it away, but when he goes to single notes it sounds like the blow/draw patterns match.

If you are starting out C is a good key to have anyway. It's what most lessons use. (Given the age of the song there is a good chance he's playing it on a Marine Band. Same reeds as the Special 20. I think the Special 20 is more durable and easier on the lips than the Marine Band, so I'd go with the Sp20.)
It depends on what music you're interested in playing, but I love Jon Gindick's book "Rock n' Blues Harmonica," which got me from about your level to being much more competent.
I also see below that you got a Hohner Bluesband. If you're interested enough, I highly recommend the Hohner Special 20 in C as a beginner's harmonica. Amazon currently has a good deal on it for $34: https://www.amazon.com/Hohner-Special-20-Harmonica-Major/dp/B007J49GPK/
Other good beginner's options include a key of C major Lee Oskar ($35 on Amazon) or Hohner Marine Band ($30 on Amazon from at least one seller). Playing on a Bluesband will significantly impede your learning when it comes to bending notes.
There are also great resources on Youtube, like lessons by Ronnie Shellist, Dan Gage (user 12gagedan), and Adam Gussow (who gets far more advanced if you're interested).
Good luck and have fun!
