I have this stand and like it (weighted, not clamp). I believe the WA 251 is pretty light so it should have no issue. This Elgato one also looks really sleek although not sure I'd pay over 100 for one but other people are doing so and still leaving good reviews.

Yeah, I feel you on the fan. I don't get central AC in my garage room so once summer hits I can't take it in here anymore ever since my AC unit broke.

This is the mic stand/arm I got. It's small, I have it out of the way when not using it and when I do, I have it to my right so that the only thing in front of me and the screen is the mic.

I thought of using like a science fair project sized poster board and just gluing the sound foam onto that and putting it behind my monitor, but I went with the sound foam on the wall and the curtains. If you want it to be moveable, using this poster board idea might be more stable than gluing and velcroing sound boards. Just put the sound boards on the poster board or I read of another person using big wood pieces and hinges to do the same, though that was for more of a permanent solution.

That low profile thing looks cool though. I don't think they had that when I was in the market, or at least, I didn't choose it since I was still thinking of something that could hold the iso shield, lol, before finally abandoning it.
