When searching for your product I got the feeling this may have been a brief partnership or private label kind of deal. These things happen fairly frequently in the world of incense. For instance, here is your RXY brand listed with Bahamas Desert Cart, and the same product branded avena on Amazon. (Neither are available.)

There are other Hinoki incenses available, and here are some options if you would like to get a similar product.
