I am using CHOE wireless car charger that I purchased from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F5XPCSC/ from last 6 months and its working absolutely fine. Now I have no worries about the battery status of my Nexus4 as I can simply charge my device even while driving across the countryside, expressways and highways.
Heres the mount I got for my car. Works great and I just mounted it to a vent in the front.

Any opinions on http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N4H1R1M vs, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F5XPCSC/?
I use this CHOE UPGRADED Qi Wireless Charger Car Charger Dock and it works great when I plug it into my 2.1 amp charger.
I can navigate with Google maps, stream Google music radio all access through Bluetooth to my car and it charges the phone as long as my brightness isn't maxed.
I'm using the Expansys circle case and I put the cover behind the phone when I put it in the charger, it charges through the front cover between the phone and dock.
I've got the choetech branded version of what looks to be the same charger. It won't provide enough of a current to charge the battery if the screen is on, haven't tried it with the screen off. I've also been using it with a Spigen Slim Armor case, so that might be affecting the charging efficiency, but I don't know for sure.
