It has a 2.25x glass magnification lense. Two types of lights - bright and soft, each set dimmable at 6 levels. Very high quality build materials. Based out of LA and comes with a 3 - year warranty. $90 and worth every penny.

Same company makes another one that's only 1.75x magnification for $50. It looks to be the same otherwise.
