Just be sure to leave it in a small bottlecap and not on the floor of the bug enclosure cause it prevents the bugs from getting ill. This is due to the fact that the bugs poop all over the place and don't mind eating things off the floor.

As for food for your Morio worms and crickets, they will eat apples, pears, grapes, carrots. Pretty much any vegies that have good water content. But in absence of those, they can make do with this with an occasional top up on some of that quencher.
