it's also by cable matters and supports 4k @60hz. This one looks better since it looks great for travel and has a longer cord.
Your question might better be asked in r/USBCHardware but I believe I have an answer to your request. This hub should supply power and Ethernet (and USB 2.0) to your phone. The video out is not supported. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076TRGGM6 I tested it on some of my older Motorola phones (Qualcomm) and it both supplied power and supplied Ethernet data. I hope it works for your model as well. The issue is that most hubs are wired for USB 3 and won't do that but this one will.
