This is the one I got. It includes 2 USB cables, one about 5-6ft and a short 1ft cable, but not a wall adapter, though it works with the wall adapter that came with the phone. It's not very big, so if you have a thicker phone case you have to be careful to center it on the charger. It beeps if the phone isn't quite in the right spot which helps with placement in the dark. I've had it since June with no issues.
Also, you may already have one, but don't forget you need an adapter so the phone will work with Qi. I got this one. Even though it says i9300, it works with my SCH-i535.
I bought 2 PowerBot chargers last week for under $14 and so far I'm happy with the purchase. Also, I'm using a PureGear slim case on my S6 with no charging problems. http://www.amazon.com/PowerBot®-PB1020-Inductive-Compatible-Smartphones/dp/B00F6SPYJS
I bought a couple of these (looks like the third in your list).
And one of these for the car.
They work fine. The nice thing about having multiple chargers is that I rarely have to go more than a few hours between charges so battery life is a non-issue. On those rare occasions when long-life is important, there's always a battery pack.
