According to my purchase history, this exact listing is the version I preordered. It's a lot more expensive now than it was at that time, and I'm sure you can find another one cheaper. Korean albums should always be priced around ~$25, don't pay more than that. On eBay, I like synnara_music because they usually have free shipping and the albums arrive fast from their US warehouse. But I have purchased many many albums from just other ONCEs that were used, so for that route you just have to look at the listings and see if it comes with everything / the types of inclusions you're looking for.

If you decide to use musicplaza or kavesquare, I find that it's best to buy two albums because their shipping is based on weight. 1 or 2 albums is $5 and 3 or 4 is like $8. Generally when I order from there my orders are approx $50 with shipping. (so, each album is $25 on average).

Maybe this is more info than you needed but I haven't been scammed (yet - knock on wood!) and I have collected every Korean twice album.
