It's the one that I have. It is awesome once you set it up the way you want. I used AutoHotKey for the programming. I am able to use almost every button, a couple of them are a little difficult to remap, but with proper planning, you wouldn't want to, or need to.
I have been meaning to sit down and write a new thread about it and my combination with a device from Xencelabs called Quick Keys. I'll try to do it this week.
But, definitely get a good numpad. No need to limit yourself to a controller that you will have put too much thought into remembering which direction to go.
